If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or different from a sample shown to you, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Begin the return process within 30 days of receiving your item. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.

If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs for buyer’s remorse returns, such as item didn’t fit, didn’t like the quality, changed mind, ordered by mistake, bought it elsewhere, etc.

To return an item, contact our customer service team with your details, email address, and reason for return. Our team will process your request upon receiving the email. We will also send you a return confirmation via email that includes your return label and return instructions.

After we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to be released back to the original method of payment.
